SPB has managed the insurance policies of 3.6 million holders of Visa Premier cards for over 20 years, as well at those of the very prestigious Visa Infinite card. The covers on offer include cancellations, loss or theft of or delayed luggage, medical and repatriation expenses, third-party liability abroad, vehicle hire, snow sports etc.

In 2006 the winter sports cover was supplemented with two new options: ski pass refund in case of accident, whatever the period of validity, and the refund of hired ski equipment in case of theft or accidental damage.
