Repair assistance: boiler assistance, water leaks, electrical failure … etc. Sold in the bill or by direct marketing, these programmes provide additional services to those often considered as basic. Bill payments cover: SPB pays recurring domestic bills (electricity, gas, telephone etc) in case of a life-changing event (hospitalization, redundancy, disability etc).
SPB also offers other innovative home-related guarantees, such as: -Pre-sale survey insurance (lead, Carrez law, asbestos etc.), -CCTV, GSM and Internet insurance, -Equipment-related insurance (such as Allo Tuyau), -DIY-related insurance, sold by large DIY stores, giving individuals the ‘right to make mistakes’, extended manufacturers’ warranty, accidental damage etc.
