Sharing a corporate culture
In the 45 years since its founding, SPB has developed a family-run corporate culture in which responsibility means respecting others, be they staff, policyholders or partners. Built up over the years, this culture is based on values shared by staff, a common approach to work and to the company, and shared rites. It is one of the key links bringing us together around the name, products, services, customers and brand image of SPB. It defines the way we live and work. It is unique.

These six values describe relations between staff as well as between SPB and its customers. Showing respect for these values is an integral part of the annual performance appraisal and of performance targets.
Joining SPB is first and foremost about sharing this corporate culture, being part of an entity that has almost 1,000 employees but is still on a human scale, and contributing to our development in France and Europe.
