03/10/2008 - New from SPB: "swapping" electronic products

Desde el pasado mes de diciembre, los clientes de Fnac Portugal que compren un aparato fijo pueden optar por una extensión de garantía innovadora: Seguro Multi 3.
A three-year replacement warranty, good from the first year, is now offered for desktop and laptop computers as well as mobile devices, peripherals and monitors. Hi-fi equipment, television sets and photo and video equipment (cameras, video recorders, DVD players and recorders, etc.) are covered by a five-year warranty.                   
 
With the Swap product, FNAC's customers get prompt service and can enjoy the equipment they have purchased without interruption. This new product also backs up the retailer's social responsibility commitment, since all exchanged products are recycled.
