10/07/2008 - SPB insures LCD and plasma televisions for FNAC

On 10 May, SPB and FNAC introduced the first replacement insurance for plasma/LCD television sets.

In the event of a recognised breakdown during the five-year coverage period, the television sets of insured customers will be replaced with an identical or equivalent model. Everything has been thought of to ensure customer satisfaction: 7/7 telephone service from 8 am to 10 pm; home pick-up of the broken television; decision on the replacement within 24 hours, and the exchange at the store. No more waiting and no more replacement parts that cannot be found! In line with the corporate citizen policies of both FNAC and SPB, the environment is not forgotten either. Defective products are either repaired and given a second life or entirely recycled.
