01/09/2009 - Launch of the Go Sport Stains and Tears Insurance

SPB comes up with a new kind of insurance in partnership with Go Sport France and Finaref: the "Stains and Tears" insurance launched September 1st.

Only Go Sport loyalty card holders can benefit from this insurance. It covers all shoes and fabric-made products bought new in a Go Sport outlet. The goods covered that have been damaged by “irremovable stains, burns or tears” within 12 months further to purchasing date can be exchanged for a replacement item in a Go Sport store. The new exchange product will have identical or equivalent features to those of the damaged product.

Subscription to this insurance can be done by filling in a form available in stores and is valid for a period of one year.
