17/09/2009 - Fnac’s Ticket Cancellation Insurance launched in France

Launched in Spain a year ago, the Ticket Cancellation Insurance is now available in France.

This service –offered by Fnac’s subsidiary France Billet- allows the beneficiary to get a refund for the price of guaranteed tickets to a show, a cultural, leisure or sports event in case of unforeseeable problems preventing the beneficiary from attending the event. Subscription to the insurance can be done on line at www.fnac.com when buying the ticket. Five million event tickets are sold via the fnac.com website each year.
