SPB is a French group with several subsidiaries across Europe. SPB is a family-run non-listed limited company governed a management board and supervisory board. Its controlling shareholder, the Guian family via a financial holding company, has a 97% interest. The company was formed by Dominique Guian in 1965, and has been run by Jean-Marie Guian since 1999.
