Travel and mobility insurance SPB has designed and managed travel cover bundled with Visa Premier cards for over 20 years, and more recently bundled with the Visa Infinite card too. This includes cancellation cover, death and disability, lost, stolen or delayed luggage, third-party liability abroad, car hire, skiing and mountain holiday cover.
SPB also offers travel insurance by the year, cancellation cover and VIP luggage (with higher aggregate liability limits), pre-travel information, a currency exchange service with home delivery and even travel service reservations with a recognized reservation centre.
SPB also distributes special winter sports guarantees, covering the refund of a ski resort booking if there is not enough or too much snow to allow any skiing.
Leisure insurance
Wedding insurance Sold online for weddings taking place in France, the Destination Mariage product is unique in its wide range of guarantees and in how easy it is to take out.
It is included in the Destination Fêtes package, designed for happy but costly events, featuring a comprehensive range of services.
On a broader scale, SPB offers leisure-related insurance packages like ‘Assur loisirs’ (offered to company employees), including guarantees such as cancellation (shows, trips) and foreign exchange with home delivery.
Lastly, since 2006 SPB also covers bicycle theft: the new, specialist brand Mondovelo (Sport 2000 group) includes SPB cover in the purchase of a bicycle. This covers theft with mugging, burglary with forced entry and theft on the public highway.
Visa Premier SPB has managed the insurance policies of 3.6 million holders of Visa Premier cards for over 20 years, as well at those of the very prestigious Visa Infinite card
