Sharing a corporate culture
Working at SPB is first and foremost about sharing a corporate culture in a company nearly 600-strong but nonetheless still of human dimensions, and about helping us expand in France and Europe.
For 40 years now, SPB has been founded on a culture of a family-run company, where responsibility means respecting others (staff, policyholders and partners). Indeed, it is above all the values and convictions of our male and female staff that allow us to maintain the highest standards of excellence in the service we provide, both in-company and vis-à-vis the outside world. The SPB spirit is also about challenge and surpassing oneself, as asserted by our sponsoring the world of adventure and exploration.
The respect for the values of initiative, a sense of service, respect, enthusiasm, team spirit and perseverance day by day is an integral part of our performance appraisal policy, as much as the achievement of targets.
