    SPB has taken in over 150 new staff in the last three years. Apart from the induction and training sessions given on arrival, SPB pays particular attention to permanent skills development, sharing good practices and listening to individual initiatives.


    Training, a key vector


    SPB allocates a large budget to training in order to constantly accompany its staff’s career moves and advancement.

    70% of SPB staff benefited from training in 2007. SPB has for many years now allocated over 3.5% of its payroll to training.
